Over the years, this early groundwork laid a solid foundation for the trust's formal launch, allowing it to grow with clarity of purpose and credibility. Although my trust was officially established in 2017, the journey truly began in 2012, when I first started working passionately toward the vision and mission that would eventually form the foundation of the organization. For five years prior to its formal registration, I was actively engaged in groundwork—identifying community needs, building networks, organizing small-scale initiatives, and gaining the trust of the people I aimed to serve. These formative years were crucial in shaping the values, objectives, and direction of the trust. When the trust was formally registered in 2017, it was not the beginning, but rather a milestone in an already ongoing journey of service, growth, and commitment. Since then, the trust has continued to expand its reach and impact, driven by the same dedication and purpose that fuelled its early, unofficial years.
